To establish clear goals, we meet with your team prior to the start of each course for a complimentary English assessment, from which we determine both their current English level and their professional needs. We share the results of the test in a report and then mutually agree on targets and topics for the course. We regularly assess your team members’ progress throughout the course and communicate this to you and provide a grade and personalised feedback for each team member on completion of the course.

Our trainers generally avoid using translation in class because it can hinder language acquisition and limit students' ability to think and communicate in English.
As well as conducting a needs analysis with representatives from your company to develop clear learning objectives, we also develop a customised curriculum that incorporates the specific language needs and learning objectives of the company.
During the lessons, we include industry-specific and authentic materials related to your company's industry to ensure that the language and skills being taught are relevant and applicable. Our trainers also take into account the individual needs and learning styles of your team members when preparing and delivering the course and regularly assess their progress throughout.
We recognise that it can be challenging to find time for English language learning amidst other priorities. That's why our courses are structured with your busy schedule in mind.
Most courses consist of 15 lessons, each lasting 2 hours, and are conducted once a week. For those with particularly demanding schedules, we also offer targeted training in the form of workshops, which typically run for 6-10 hours in total.
If you don't have a suitable venue for training, no problem. We can host the sessions at our DSEDJ licensed Learning Centre located conveniently in the Nam Wan area of Macao. Alternatively, we can also offer training courses online through a videoconferencing platform.

Hard skills: our well-structured courses can lead to noticeable improvements in the participants’ ability to communicate in written and spoken English. Upon completion of a full course, all team members will be awarded a graded certificate of attendance. The certificate will include a summary of the course and a personalized comment on their performance and progress. Our courses are benchmarked against Trinity College London's Graded Examinations in Spoken English (GESE), ensuring that the learning outcomes are aligned with international standards.
For businesses seeking internationally recognised English qualifications for their team members, we offer the opportunity to participate in GESE examinations. These examinations are held twice a year at our Learning Centre, providing a convenient and efficient way for team members to obtain an internationally recognised qualification in English proficiency.
