Our Workplace English for Frontline Staff course will equip your team members with the language and communication skills to successfully interact with customers and clients in their areas of operation. From engaging in small talk, giving directions and making recommendations, this course covers a range of topic-based language skills tailored to your company’s needs as well as the Forbes Travel Guide Hotel Standards.
