If you are looking to enhance workplace productivity and your team already has a solid grasp of English, explore our practical skills workshops. Every workshop now includes focused AI skills so participants leave with both stronger English communication and practical ways to use AI tools effectively in their daily work.
These workshops are suitable for regular teams of staff, managers, senior managers and executive-level participants. Content and examples are adjusted to the group.

These workshops are tailored to the real needs of your team. They target the specific communication and soft skills that standard courses often overlook. Participants leave with clearer, more professional output and practical AI techniques they can apply immediately.
The focus is always practical: better emails, clearer reports, more confident presentations, and smarter use of AI – while keeping professional judgement and ownership firmly with the participant.
Flexible delivery: Choose full-day or half-day in-person sessions, or intensive online sessions. We design the length and format around your team’s schedule and priorities.
These workshops are beneficial for
All workshops are listed below and can be delivered as standalone sessions or combined according to your department’s needs.
This practical 2-3 hour workshop is designed for senior leaders and management teams who want to use AI more effectively for high-impact communication and day-to-day operational support. Participants learn a clear, repeatable framework for writing strong prompts that produce concise, professional and executive-ready emails, then move on to creating purpose-built AI agents that can handle routine tasks and free up leadership time.
The first part focuses on communication. Participants work with a simple Task–Context–Inputs–Tone–Refinement framework and practise applying it to real leadership situations such as giving developmental feedback, proposing new initiatives, and managing operational issues or escalations. They also learn how to refine AI drafts quickly for clarity, tone, structure and length, and review practical Dos and Don’ts that keep ownership and professionalism with the leader.
The second part introduces AI agents. Participants explore what an agent is, how a knowledge base works, and the types of agents most useful in a Macau resort or corporate environment (for example, daily briefings, guest recovery, escalations and performance summaries). They then follow a step-by-step process to build and configure their own agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot, adding approved knowledge sources, setting tone and guardrails, and testing realistic executive prompts.
By the end of the session, participants leave with practical tools they can use immediately: stronger prompting skills for leadership communication, a clearer understanding of how agents can support operations, and a working agent they have created themselves. The emphasis throughout is on practical application, professional judgement, and keeping the leader firmly in control of the final output.
This practical workshop builds confidence in writing clear, professional emails with the support of AI. Participants learn the CRIT prompt framework (Context, Role, Instruction, Tone) and apply it to real workplace situations such as requests, updates, feedback, apologies and meeting invitations.
They practise comparing effective and less effective emails, drafting with AI in real time, and refining outputs for clarity, tone, accuracy, cultural sensitivity and brand alignment. Hands-on activities include writing a meeting invitation, a short team discussion role-play, and a follow-up email. The session ends with personal reflection and clear next steps so participants can use the techniques immediately.
This workshop introduces the key language and structure of effective English report writing while showing participants how AI can support clearer organisation, stronger phrasing and faster first drafts. Through practical tasks, teams improve their ability to present information logically and professionally. Participants practise using AI to generate outlines, refine sections and check clarity, always reviewing and owning the final version so the report remains accurate and appropriate for the workplace.
Participants learn a clear method for writing accurate incident reports, with focused practice on the past simple tense, precise vocabulary and logical structure. The session also shows how AI can help organise facts, suggest clear sentence patterns and highlight missing details — while stressing that the writer remains responsible for accuracy and completeness. Teams leave able to produce factual, well-structured reports more confidently and efficiently.
This workshop covers the essential language and organisation of professional meeting agendas and minutes. Participants practise writing clear, concise documents and learn how AI can support drafting, structuring and refining agendas and notes. The focus remains on producing accurate, useful records that match workplace standards, with AI used as a practical assistant rather than a replacement for careful judgement.
This interactive workshop gives participants practical techniques for delivering engaging presentations in English, whether face-to-face or online. Topics include understanding the audience, organising content clearly, and using delivery skills that hold attention. Participants also explore how AI can help generate structure, refine wording, create speaker notes and prepare for questions — always with the presenter in control of the final message and delivery.
We begin with a short meeting to understand your department’s specific needs and priorities. We are happy to adjust content, examples and length so the session is directly relevant to your team.
After the workshop, each participant receives a Certificate of Attendance.
